Once you play Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare online, you are definitely going to get hooked and undoubtedly somewhat addicted to it. So what does Call of Duty have that Halo or Gears of War doesn't have? It's realistic; the technology and weapons that gamers use are all up to par. Play against your friends and people that you have no idea who they are.

3. Become an awesome sniper at one point in the game.

If you've played the game, you will notice that there's one mission that stands out among the rest of the missions in single play. And which one is that? That's when you go on a flashback with one of the characters in the game to a time where he and his mentor went deep into enemy territory in an effort to try and assassinate the terrorist head from a long, long distance. If you've seen shooter, you might be familiar with things like the Coriolis effect, windage and everything else coming into effect. You get to decide when you fire and all that. Once you get the shot off, prepare to do the escape of your life (well your gaming life, that is) from hordes of terrorists trying to shoot your head off for taking out their head honcho. Oh, and did we mention that there are dogs in the mix as well?

How many games can boast of a scenario of you, the player, being able to stave off an imminent nuclear attack? Not much, huh? Well, if you do answer the call of duty, you will get to save the world from a nuclear attack.
